Hello guys, now i will pass a short information about 31FAT/AV.
Aveiro it's the district of my city Anadia, you can see the two symbols. Aveiro as Capital of the District and Anadia as one of is Counsels.
These activation it's valid for P.D.A, Portuguese District Award. One qsl will be printed for each different District.
Contribuition it's voluntary like you know, just request a SAE (Self Adress Envelope) for a fast reply. Tnx for your participation. Soon qsl design will be updated on my blog.
